EARTH WEAVERS is a non-profit association running an ecosystem of local communities around natural craft. The association's statutes can be read on this site.

The association is registered for VAT. The prices you see include VAT — it is not added on top.

You can always write to us at dream@earthweavers.dk.

You create one profile, and it is yours. Use your real name and a real email address — that is what others know you by when you are to meet or trade.

Look after your password. If something looks wrong, tell us.

Membership is paid monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time, and the membership runs to the end of the period you have paid for — we do not refund a month already begun.

HOST and TEACHER are free roles for as long as the role is active. If the activity stops for three months, you hear from us before it expires.

Who the organiser is depends on the workshop. The community's own workshops are held by the association. Paid workshops with a weaver or a studio are held by them — they are the seller, they receive the money directly, and the agreement is with them. We provide the place where you find each other.

Cancellation, refunds and responsibility have their own document. In short: if we call it off, you get everything back, and if you cancel at least seven days before, you get everything back too.

In the market you trade directly with each other. The association is not a party to the trade, does not own the goods and does not guarantee them.

What is put out must stay within the market's frame. We can remove something that does not — and we would rather write to you first.

Messages between two people are private. We do not read them, and there is no page where we could.

That also means we cannot see an unpleasant message by ourselves. If something happens, write to us and bring along what you want us to see.

Your pictures and your words are yours. You give us permission to show them on the platform and to use them when we tell others about what happens here — for instance in the newsletter.

Only put up what you made yourself or are allowed to share.

If someone breaks the community guidelines, we can remove what has been posted and close the account. We do not do it without saying so first, unless it is urgent.

We look after the platform, but we cannot guarantee that it always works or that nothing is lost. It is an association, not a data centre.

We are responsible for what we get wrong ourselves — not for what other members do, or for a trade that falls apart between two people.

We may change these terms. If we change something that matters, we say so — we do not edit quietly and hope nobody notices.
