You can take the initiative for a community. You can create workshops, see who has signed up, create a programme and write to each other. You get a budget to pay for food, materials or a venue — depending on how many people attend.
This only works for Denmark at the moment, but do reach out if you are interested.

A handful of friends, a neighbourhood or a local area. You host free workshops and share skills as volunteers. No application, no waiting — the circle is on the map the moment you create it.
It can be the beginning of a gathering.
