Book a workshop
We come out to you — or you come to us — and spend a day or a whole season weaving, spinning, dyeing, fermenting or binding books. We make room for quiet, depth and company, and you go home with something you made.
What it does
When the hands are busy, the conversation flows more easily. You come down into your body, into the present, and your head grows quiet. We usually begin with an introduction and a check-in, get going with the craft, break around a shared lunch table and then carry on with the work. We finish together, and everyone goes home with something useful and beautiful.

The form is the same, the frame is different. We shape it around what you need.

The crafts
We know a great many crafts, more than the ones listed here. We work with the season and with the materials available right now. Send an enquiry, and we will find something that fits you.
Wild plants, weaving and nets
From harvest to finished basket in a single day. Participants learn to forage, prepare and weave with the material.
From plant and raw fleece to textile
Carders, wheel and drop spindle side by side. Most people spin usable yarn after a morning — and can carry straight on at home.
Cloth dyed in the season
We forage and dye textiles — over a fire is the loveliest way. You watch your own yarn or cloth change colour in the pot.
The season in a bottle
A workshop everyone can join — children, adults, everyone. We love a bubbling drink. It is easy, intuitive, and it can carry on in your own kitchen.
Bind your own notebook
We make new paper from paper waste and bind books with nettle cord.
Taste the landscape
A walk out to meet the plants. We look at what grows and what it can be used for. It works on its own or alongside another craft.
Natural soap
We make handmade natural soaps with organic oils and wild-foraged herbs.
The frame around the day
We love being in nature, and we can offer beautiful settings on Zealand. Atmosphere and aesthetics matter to us, so we always bring a tablecloth and candles to set the scene. Either we make all the food from scratch with what is in season, or we ask the guests to each bring a dish to the table — a shared potluck is often the best part of the day.

Date, hours, craft and price are confirmed, and you get a payment link.

Has been teaching since 2018 at folk high schools, museums, culture houses and in companies. Founded EARTH WEAVERS in 2022 with workshops every month. Works with whatever grows right where we are standing.

Only once we have confirmed the date. You send an enquiry, we answer with a date and a final price, and that is where the payment link sits. Nothing is paid at the enquiry.
Either. We are glad to come out to your garden, yard, wood or room. We can also hold it at ours in Skovhaven, or find a place near you.
No. All the crafts are chosen because they can be learned in a day. People who have never woven or spun go home with something that works.
Then pick two or three that sound right, and write a few lines about the group. We will suggest what suits the season and suits you — that is often a better choice than the one you would have pointed at yourself.
Yes, and that is what works best. A series across several sessions follows the material through the season: fibre is extracted, spun, dyed and knitted, and at the end there is a finished piece of clothing. There is a discount on a series.
Yes. We cook from scratch with what is in season, or you hold a potluck where everyone brings a dish. Both work — the potluck costs nothing and often becomes the high point of the day.
